How the Protocol Connects to OMS
Once a Case is opened, one Case ID links source records, requests, design versions, approvals and operating status. Each confirmed checkpoint updates the shared Case history.
CREATE
Create the Case ID and identify clinic, patient reference and responsible teams.
ATTACH
Connect photos, scans, shade information, Work Order and references to the Case.
REVIEW
Record missing information, questions and the current decision checkpoint.
APPROVE
Preserve the confirmed design version and clinic approval as the production reference.
TRACK
Connect production, QA, delivery and chair-side communication to the same history.
